Founder & Lead Practitioner

I founded Be Well because I kept seeing patients fall through the cracks of the traditional medical system. As a Nurse Practitioner, I saw high-functioning individuals who were told they were "fine," yet they were struggling with fatigue, brain fog, and metabolic changes.

My approach combines clinical expertise with practical, individualized care designed to support long-term health and overall wellbeing—not quick fixes.
